At YUE, every piece is carefully crafted and packed with attention to quality and detail. We truly hope you love your order, but if you face any issue, we’re here to help.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct returns or refunds. However, exchanges are available in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect item
- You are facing a size or fit issue
To request an exchange, please email us at within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product and issue
- A brief description of the concern
Our team will review the request and assist you accordingly.
Exchange Conditions
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Exchange requests made after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.
- Products purchased during special sales, discounts, or promotional offers may not be eligible for exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings and will not be considered a defect.
- As many of our pieces are handcrafted or handprinted, minor irregularities are a natural part of the fabric and design process.
Shipping for Exchanges
- In cases of damaged or incorrect products, YUE will assist with the exchange process.
- For size exchanges, customers may be required to bear the shipping charges depending on location and availability.
Availability
All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, store credit or an alternative solution may be offered at our discretion.
